Keep Fit

Hey, if you wanna keep fit,

Just sit and listen a bit

I'll tell you how you will do it

Stop being a glutton, follow your wit

I’ll tell you how you can benefit

From healthy food and balanced diet

No more chunk food; It's no good

No much pasta; drink plenty of aqua

Add fruit and vegetables to your meal

Otherwise, you will look like a seal

Starchy foods and some fish

Bring health to your dish

Watch your weight… avoid a second plate

Some work-out day and night

Sit-ups, press-ups for five minutes or eight

Jogging, cycling and walking early and late

Help you lose weight and feel great.
